All Hero banners have been successfully re-installed on the poles. They are now secured and tightly reinforced with metal bands,
ensuring more durability from the wind and harsh weather.
Additionally, the half-dozen or so banners that were previously loose have also been securely tightened.
Important Update Regarding Resident Banner/Sign Placement
Effective immediately, Morton Borough is updating its policy regarding hometown hero banners / street signs.
While the Borough is proud to support this program, the Borough will no longer be responsible for replacing these items or putting them back up if they fall down. Going forward, all maintenance, re-hanging, and replacement responsibilities belong solely to the resident.
Official notifications are being mailed directly to all residents who placed orders.
